  • Important things to note about damage:

    • We take great care in packing your orders to ensure they arrive in the best conditions. However, please remember we are shipping live plants across the country and damages can happen while in transit that is out of our hands.

    • Some plants don’t always ship well and get stressed in transit for a few days

    • Shipping plants in the extreme cold and heat can be a huge risk and can cause damage. Always check your weekly weather beforehand and make your order accordingly.

  • You unboxed your plant, now what?

    • Do not repot your plant right away, this can cause unnecessary damage

      • Let your plants rest for a few days and adjust to their new environment

      • Put it in a sunny spot or under a grow light

  • When should your water the plant after unboxing?

    • If the plant’s potting mix looks completely dried out and your plant looks like it’s wilting due to dehydration, give the plant a watering. In a few hours the plant will perk up.

    • If the plant’s potting mix looks wet, leave the plant alone and water it once the soil has dried out in a few days.

    • Watering too often when the plant is already wet can cause root rot and damage your new plants

  • Your plant accessories arrived broken/damaged from transits

    • Please send us an email inquiry with photos within 12 hours of the package being delivered. We will do our best to assist your issue.
